Hire Agreement and Disclaimer for Bouncy Castles

Before making your booking please ensures there is enough space for the equipment. The Bouncy castles need an additional 5ft gap in front of the castle (for easy access) and a 5ft gap behind the castle for the blower. Also a 3ft additional gap is required on both sides.

During the period of the hiring you will be responsible for the supervision of the equipment, its care and any damage. Any persons using the equipment, of any age, must be supervised at all times.

We have a range of Inflatables suitable for both adults and children. Please check when making a booking the age limit for that particular inflatable. This is for safety, manufacturing and insurance reasons

The customer shall not use the equipment for any purpose other than that described in the hiring agreement. The customer shall not sub-hire or allow the equipment to be used for any unlawful purpose, or allow anyone to use the equipment wearing shoes, spectacles, carrying sharp objects, key-rings, metal studded clothing or any other similar items which could cause any damage or injury. Children are not allowed to climb, sit or hang on inflatable walls. It is advisable to ensure that no one with any history of back or neck problems use the inflatables

Please do not allow anyone on the inflatable whilst inflating or deflating. Never switch blower on and off whilst inflating. Do not allow anyone to bounce on the safety step. Once installed, the inflatable should not be moved. Occasionally check that the inflatable is still securely pegged down. No pets to be allowed on the inflatable. No smoking, fires or barbeques to be used near the inflatable. No food or drinks are to be taken onto or consumed on the equipment. No party poppers, face paints, coloured streamers or silly string are allowed on the inflatables. You will be liable for full repair costs and/or cleaning costs of £25 per hour

In the event of heavy rain it is strongly recommended that the inflatable is switched off for safety reasons. When safe to re-use switch back on and towel dry any remaining wetness before allowing children back on.

The Customer will be responsible for inspecting the equipment and to agree that it is supplied in a good condition.
The hire time, unless otherwise agreed, is from delivery until …………………………… or later at the discretion of ‘A Total Celebration’. Any delay in collection caused by the hirer will be charged at £25 per hour or part thereof. This also applies where garden games are not bagged and ready for collection.

PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE is excluded in its entirety, pursuant to any claim or injury to any third party or employee when directly or indirectly related to the use of drugs and/or alcohol. ‘A Total Celebration’ is not liable for any injury, loss or damage caused to any person using the equipment contrary to the terms and conditions of this contract.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Provided that the equipment is used in accordance with the above guidelines and conditions of hire those using the equipment should be safe. ‘A Total Celebration’ can accept no liability for any injuries sustained while the equipment is in the hirer’s possession.

I declare that I have read and understand these terms and conditions of hire and any relevant operating and safety instructions supplied with the equipment.

PLEASE REMEMBER IF THE CASTLE IS DIRTY OR DAMAGED WHEN COLLECTED THE HIRER IS LIABLE FOR THE FULL REPAIR AND/OR £25.00 PER HOUR CLEANING COSTS.
